Yes, every collar and accessory will arrive in a beautiful gift bag at no additional charge.

Measuring correctly for the correct size is critical and incorrect size orders are very rare with our Perfect Measure Guarantee, but in the rare event that you do order the incorrect size we will gladly exchange it for you. Postage is payable by the customer, just let us know within 14 days at support@themc.shop and we will contact you within 24 hours to help facilitate it. Our full policy is available here.

We ship internationally and domestically with fast, tracked delivery with Australia Post, USPS, UK Royal Mail & all European carriers. Orders are ready to ship within 24 hours of receipt.

The following delivery fees apply:

• Australia for a flat rate fee of A$10
• New Zealand for a flat rate fee of A$15 (NZ$18*)
• USA & Canada for a flat rate fee of A$20 (US$14* or CAD$20)
• Europe & UK at a flat rate fee of A$25 (€15* or £13*)
• S.E Asia at a flat rate of A$25
• Middle East at a flat rate of A$25
• All other countries at a flat rate fee of A$30

We always ensure that we have plenty of stock available in all sizes, but in the rare event that the size you want is out of stock, just let us know and we will give you a timeframe for availability. The Mamas make every item individually by hand with stringent quality control checks so there are time constraints, but these stock outages are rare and easily overcome.
