L 46cm (18") fits neck circumference 43cm to 49cm (17" to 19")
XL 51cm (20") fits neck circumference 48 to 54cm (18" to 21")
The most popular width is our Standard 2.5cm wide (1") however all these sizes are also available in Extra-Wide 5cm (2") width.
