We ship internationally and domestically with fast, tracked delivery with Australia Post and affiliates, USPS, Royal Mail  & all European carriers

• Australia for a flat rate fee of A$10
• New Zealand for a flat rate fee of A$15 (approx NZ$16.50)
• North America for a flat rate fee of A$20 (approx US$13) 
• Europe at a flat rate fee of A$25 (approx €14.00 or £12) 
• All other countries at a flat rate fee of A$30

Australia & New Zealand deliveries are 3-8 days.

US & Europe deliveries average 10-20 days.

Some international deliveries may take up to 28 days. Occasionally delays occur which are outside of our control.

Tracking details are provided, via email, once your package is in transit.

To avoid disappointment and expense, it's critical to measure your dog correctly and order the correct size collar (please refer to our size guide and instructional video). We understand that sometimes mistakes do happen, so we have a 7-day from receipt return/exchange policy for the purpose of exchanging your collar for an alternate size.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused and in its original packaging. The item must be appropriately packaged for return to ensure no damage in transit.

To start an exchange, contact us at support@themc.shop and once your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. If you require an exchange, postage/shipping fees do apply.
