To avoid disappointment and expense, it's important to measure your dogs neck correctly and order the correct size collar. Please refer to our size guide and instructional video. If you need any assistance with this, please feel free to reach out to us at support@themc.shop
We understand that sometimes mistakes do happen, so we offer you a 14-day (from receipt) return/exchange policy for the purpose of exchanging your collar for an alternate size.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused and in its original packaging. The item should be appropriately packaged for return to ensure no damage in transit.
To start an exchange, contact us at support@themc.shop and once your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. If you require an exchange, postage/shipping fees apply.
